Medallion Kitchen Cabinets is currently seeking a qualified Interior Designer to join our fast-paced, growing team. We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge with a keen eye for design and detail. The successful candidate will work in our Showroom with customers to design, price, and close sales. Job Title: Kitchen Designer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences
- Create detailed kitchen designs using computer-aided design KCD software
- Provide expert advice on kitchen layout, materials, and fixtures
- Select and source materials and accessories for kitchen projects
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the installation process and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in using KCD software for kitchen design
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges effectively+
