Responsibilities:
- Design the layout of the space.
- Have experience with designing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Be aware of the building code and how to abide by it.
- Create building floor plans.
- Be able to create an architectural drawing using Sketchup or similar.
- Recommend materials, colors, and textures.
- Looking for design partners who have already begun building a client list specifically for bathrooms and kitchens. In addition to a base pay for the design work for the project, you will be provided a percentage of our companies gross earnings per project.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated self starter looking to team up with our company on designing beautiful kitchen and bathroom projects and you will be compensated both on the design, the site supervision and construction earnings.
